·        1/2 avocado

·        1/2 banana

·        Three dry dates

·        One teaspoon peanut butter

·        1 tbsp baking cocoa

Sugar-free pudding - Step 1:

Put the avocado, banana, dried dates, baking cocoa, peanut butter, and Greek yoghurt one after the other in the blender's glass container. Puree on a high level until a creamy mixture is obtained.

Also possible: Put all ingredients in a tall measuring cup and puree them finely.

A pudding without Sugar - Step 2:
