How do you make celery juice?
It is best always to prepare the celery juice fresh, because
only then does it have the best effect. You can also prepare the juice fresh in
the morning, fill it in a clean bottle, and then drink it throughout the day.
The easiest way to prepare celery juice is with the juicer.
To do this, wash the organic celery thoroughly, cut off the end piece and -
depending on your taste - extract the juice together with the green leaves. Our
tip: There is a lot of aroma and bitter substance in the leaves. If you want to
get used to the taste first, you should carefully dose the leafy green!
Instead of using a juicer, the vegetables can also be
wonderfully prepared in a high-performance mixer or puree. Since the
concentrated juice does not come out here, it should be pressed through a nut
bag. This variant is a little more time-consuming, but the result is the same.
